Shipping Methods: We offer reliable shipping services across Malaysia to ensure that your Piloe products reach you in a timely manner. Our trusted partners handle both standard and express shipping options, allowing you to choose the delivery speed that best suits your needs.
Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, and 5 to 7 business days for delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). For express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Malaysia. For express shipping, a nominal fee may apply, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Order Processing: Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and ensure that your Piloe products are on their way to you.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of checkout to avoid any delays or issues with your shipment. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Delivery Restrictions: Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping outside of Malaysia. Additionally, delivery to certain remote areas within Malaysia may be subject to longer transit times.
